The Protocol
What the Protocol Includes
Three clinically administered treatments, sequenced for maximum biological synergy.
Administered in our medical-grade hard-shell chamber at 1.5–2.0 ATA. At elevated pressure, oxygen dissolves directly into the blood plasma - reaching tissues and cells at concentrations up to ten times higher than normal. This saturates the mitochondrial oxygen supply chain, fuelling ATP synthesis and triggering cellular repair, anti-inflammatory signalling, and stem cell mobilisation.
Alternating cycles of reduced and enriched oxygen delivered through a comfortable mask - a controlled hypoxic-hyperoxic stimulus that triggers mitochondrial biogenesis. New, more efficient mitochondria are grown. Existing ones are conditioned. Mitovit produces a measurable improvement in mitochondrial density and function that compounds across repeated sessions.
NAD+ is the essential coenzyme for mitochondrial energy production - required for over 500 enzymatic reactions including the sirtuins that regulate DNA repair, metabolic efficiency, and biological ageing. IV delivery achieves therapeutic plasma concentrations that oral precursors cannot replicate. Administered last in the sequence, it ensures the mitochondria trained by HBOT and Mitovit have the substrate they need to respond and regenerate optimally.

Treatment Experience
What to Expect
All three treatments are administered by the Reborne clinical team at our Marylebone clinic. The sequence is designed for both comfort and efficacy: HBOT is performed first to prime the oxygen environment, followed by Mitovit to deliver the mitochondrial training stimulus, then NAD+ IV to provide the metabolic substrate that sustains the cellular response.
Total visit time is approximately three to four hours. There is no significant preparation required. Most clients report a meaningful shift in energy, mental clarity, and physical ease within 24–48 hours of the protocol. There is no downtime.
