Injectables Available at Reborne

Our aesthetic doctors give treatments in a private suite at 9 Queen Anne Street, Marylebone, for members and non-members. Choose a treatment below, or book a consultation and we will plan your treatment around your face and your goals.

Lines and Wrinkles

  • Treatment for frown lines, forehead lines and crow's feet, planned with you at your consultation. Our aim is natural movement, not a frozen look. We use conservative doses and review your result at a follow-up appointment.

Dermal Fillers

  • Hyaluronic acid filler adds volume, restores structure, and defines contour in areas where age-related volume loss has altered the facial architecture. Used at Reborne for cheeks, lips, tear troughs, jawline definition, and nasolabial folds. Hyaluronic acid is naturally present in the body and fully reversible with enzyme.

Skin Boosters & Bio-Remodelling

  • Sunekos is a next-generation skin booster combining amino acids and low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid to stimulate the skin’s own production of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid from within. Unlike filler, which adds volume from outside, Sunekos regenerates the extracellular matrix, improving skin quality, hydration, and luminosity at a biological level. Suitable for the face, neck, décolletage, and hands.

  • Profhilo is a highly concentrated hyaluronic acid that spreads through the skin from a small number of injection points, improving hydration, firmness and texture. It does not change the shape of your face. It is usually given as a course of two sessions about a month apart.

Biostimulators

  • Sculptra is a poly-L-lactic acid injectable that prompts the skin to make new collagen. Unlike filler, the change is gradual rather than immediate. It is used where the face has lost volume and firmness, often over a course of sessions, and your doctor will explain what to expect for your skin.

  • Radiesse is a biostimulator that provides both immediate structural support and a sustained collagen-stimulating effect as the carrier gel absorbs and the microspheres activate surrounding fibroblasts. Particularly suited to the jawline, lower face, neck, and areas where both lift and progressive regeneration are the clinical goal. Can also be used in a hyperdiluted formulation for skin quality improvement across larger surface areas.

Skin Repair

  • Polynucleotides are purified DNA fragments injected to improve thin, crepey or damaged skin. They are used on the face, under the eyes, on the neck and decolletage, and on the scalp. A course of three treatments a few weeks apart is usual.

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Two women smiling together, aesthetics at Reborne, Marylebone, London

What happens at an aesthetic consultation at Reborne?

You meet one of our aesthetic doctors in a private suite at 9 Queen Anne Street. They ask about your health, any previous treatments and what bothers you, examine your face and explain the options, including what will and will not help. You leave with a written plan and the prices.

Is the £350 consultation fee credited against treatment?

Yes. The £350 aesthetic consultation fee is credited against the cost of your treatment, so if you go ahead, you have not paid twice.

Will treatment for lines and wrinkles make my face look frozen?

Not if it is done well. We use conservative doses that soften the lines on the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes, while leaving your face free to move and show expression.

How long does treatment for lines and wrinkles last?

The effect builds over the first days after treatment and then wears off gradually over several months. How long it lasts varies from person to person and with the area treated, and your doctor will advise you on timing.

Do injectables hurt?

Most people describe a brief pinch. The needles are very fine, and for fillers we use a numbing cream and products that contain local anaesthetic, so the treatment is comfortable for nearly everyone.

Can I go back to work straight after injectables?

Usually, yes. You may have small red marks at the injection points for a short while, and occasionally a small bruise, which make-up can cover. Your doctor will tell you what to expect for your treatment.

What is the difference between dermal filler and a skin booster?

Dermal filler is a hyaluronic acid gel placed to restore shape and volume, for example in the cheeks, lips, temples or along the jaw. A skin booster spreads through the skin to improve hydration, firmness and texture without changing the shape of your face.

Can filler be reversed if I do not like it?

Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with an enzyme, which is one reason we use it for most areas. Biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse cannot be dissolved in the same way, so we discuss them carefully at your consultation.

What are biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse?

Biostimulators prompt your skin to make more of its own collagen. Sculptra (poly-L-lactic acid) works gradually over a course of sessions; Radiesse (calcium hydroxylapatite) gives some immediate support and then stimulates collagen. We also use Juläine, which works in a similar way to Sculptra.

Who should not have injectables?

We do not treat during pregnancy or breastfeeding, where there is active infection or inflammation in the area, or with certain neuromuscular conditions. Some medicines, including blood thinners, raise the chance of bruising, so tell us about everything you take.
