Add-on Exosome Therapy

Collagen Induction Therapy
Microneedling uses a device fitted with fine needles to create thousands of controlled micro-injuries across the skin surface, triggering the wound healing cascade and stimulating sustained collagen and elastin production. It is one of the most versatile and well-evidenced treatments in aesthetic medicine - effective across skin types, with minimal downtime and a strong safety profile.

At Reborne, we always recommend combining microneedling with Exosome Therapy. Applied post-needling when the microchannels allow direct penetration, exosomes significantly amplify the regenerative response - and in our clinical experience, the combination consistently produces a superior outcome to microneedling alone.

The Technology
How Microneedling Works
When the needles create micro-injuries in the dermis, the body responds with a cascade of growth factor release, fibroblast activation, and collagen synthesis - exactly the same biological machinery that heals wounds, applied in a controlled and precisely calibrated way. The result is new collagen and elastin produced in the tissue layers where structural decline is occurring.

At Reborne, we recommend adding Exosome Therapy post-needling. Exosomes are nanoscale vesicles that carry growth factors and signalling directly into cells, activating regenerative pathways that the wound healing response alone cannot reach. In our experience, the combination consistently produces a depth of regenerative response that microneedling alone does not achieve.
Aesthetic Medicine
How the Procedure Works
A topical anaesthetic is applied before treatment, making the procedure comfortable throughout. The microneedling device is passed systematically across the treatment area at a controlled needle depth, adjusted for each zone. Most clients describe the sensation as a mild scratching warmth - not pain.

Where Exosome Therapy is added - which we recommend - the exosome solution is applied post-needling while the microchannels are open, allowing direct penetration to the dermis. The entire treatment takes approximately 60 minutes with no injection required and no significant discomfort beyond the topical anaesthetic.

Treatment Experience
What to Expect
Redness for 12–24 hours following treatment is normal and typically resolves overnight. Most clients are comfortable returning to normal activities the following day. We recommend avoiding active skincare, direct sun exposure, and strenuous exercise for 24 hours post-treatment.

Early improvements in skin radiance and hydration are often visible within one to two weeks. Collagen synthesis continues for three to six months following a course of treatment, with progressive improvements in skin texture, fine lines, and overall quality. A course of three to four sessions is recommended for optimal results.
Treatment Areas
Treatment Areas
Microneedling can be applied across the face, neck, décolletage, and scalp. It is appropriate for all skin types.
The most common application. A full-face microneedling and exosome protocol improves skin texture, pore appearance, fine lines, early laxity, and overall skin quality - with results that are natural-looking, gradual, and sustained.
The neck and décolletage respond well to microneedling, addressing skin quality, crepiness, and early texture changes in areas that are often neglected in aesthetic medicine.
Microneedling is one of the most well-evidenced treatments for atrophic acne scarring, breaking down scar architecture and stimulating new collagen in the tissue. Combined with exosomes, the regenerative response is substantially enhanced.
Microneedling on the scalp improves follicular microcirculation and creates a stimulus for hair regrowth when combined with exosomes, which directly activate dermal papilla cells and extend the anagen growth phase. Used at Reborne as part of a hair regeneration protocol alongside HairCell Bioelectric therapy.

Aesthetic Medicine
Is Microneedling Right for Me?
Microneedling is appropriate for adults of all skin types and tones seeking improvement in skin quality, texture, fine lines, or early signs of ageing. It is one of the most accessible entry points into aesthetic regenerative medicine - effective, safe, and with minimal downtime.
Every client at Reborne undergoes a medical aesthetic consultation before treatment. Your clinician will assess your skin, discuss your goals, and confirm whether microneedling alone or in combination with other treatments is the most appropriate approach for your situation.
