You meet a senior physician, for an hour, with a coordinator: in the townhouse, at your home within the M25, or by video if you are abroad. It is a conversation, not an examination. It covers your history in outline, what you want from the years ahead, and which questions matter now. We then recommend one membership, in writing, and say why. Where a history is complex, our medical history review consolidates the records first, so the recommendation rests on the full record. You decide in your own time, and the first appointment is arranged around you.
