Mia Forbes Pirie

Mind Optimisation Expert, Executive Coach and Mediator

Mia Forbes Pirie is an international coach, mediator and mental optimisation specialist working with visionary leaders, founders, entrepreneurs and high-functioning individuals seeking clarity, emotional resilience and sustained peak performance. At our Harley Street clinic, Mia serves as Mind and Mental Optimisation Advisor, integrating psychological insight with functional and preventative medicine to support long-term health, performance and longevity.

Her work focuses on optimising the mental, emotional and relational systems that underpin decision-making, cognitive sharpness and resilience under pressure. Mia supports clients in navigating complexity, uncertainty and high-stakes environments with calm, confidence and psychological safety, enabling high performance while reducing internal friction and stress load.

Mia works with clients, including:

• Visionary leaders, founders, entrepreneurs and executives operating under sustained pressure
• High-functioning individuals experiencing chronic stress, cognitive overload or burnout risk
• Ultra-high performers seeking mental optimisation alongside physical and functional health programmes
• Individuals navigating complex personal or professional relationships
• Couples, families and leadership teams managing sensitive dynamics or high-stakes decisions
• Clients seeking improved emotional regulation, communication and psychological resilience

With a multidisciplinary background spanning science, law, advanced mediation, Internal Family Systems therapy, executive coaching and mindfulness, Mia blends analytical precision with deep emotional intelligence. This allows her to work at both cognitive and nervous system levels, helping clients regulate stress, recalibrate emotional responses and think more clearly when it matters most.

At Reborne Longevity, Mia collaborates closely with medical practitioners to ensure that longevity programmes address not only biological health markers, but also the mental and relational architecture that sustains wellbeing. She has spoken at Chatham House, delivered a TEDx talk on polarisation, and created UCL’s Disagreeing Well series. Clients consistently describe her work as offering profound psychological safety and exceptional emotional intelligence.
