Sleep as the Window to Longevity
Sleep is not just rest. It is a neurological process that shapes cognition, metabolism, emotional resilience, cardiovascular health and long-term brain ageing.

Dr Bernath’s background in neurology, neurophysiology and sleep medicine allows him to see sleep as a diagnostic gateway. Insomnia, fragmented sleep or REM disturbance are often signals of deeper metabolic, psychological or neurological imbalance.

At Reborne, this aligns with our 360° philosophy. We assess brain, body, behaviour and environment together, not in isolation.

A 360° Approach to Human Health
Beyond clinical medicine, Dr Bernath has led healthcare strategy work at Strategy& and McKinsey & Company, designing integrated care systems and national health strategies. This systems-level thinking informs his clinical practice, connecting data, physiology and lifestyle into one coherent picture.

His approach is simple.
Optimise sleep. Understand the nervous system. Align the whole organism.
