Alexandra Taylor
Director of Operations
Alexandra began her career in intensive care nursing, completing an MSc in Critical Care Nursing before moving into private healthcare operations, where she has spent more than a decade leading regulated services. As Director of Operations, she oversees the systems and infrastructure that underpin the running of the hospital, from governance and regulatory compliance through to day-to-day operations, enabling the consultant-led team to focus on what they do best: delivering safe, personalised care.
Alexandra's commitment to preventative medicine is rooted in her clinical experience. In intensive care, she saw how often serious illness was the end point of conditions that had developed silently over many years and how different those outcomes might have been with earlier insight and intervention. Later, leading high-quality private care for the elderly, she came to appreciate how profoundly a person's later years are shaped by the health they carry into them. Together, these experiences gave her a particular interest in cardiovascular and metabolic health, and in what becomes possible when risk is understood and acted upon early.
As a mother, Alexandra sees the case for preventative medicine in her own life as clearly as in her work. Raising a family is a long-term commitment, and she wants the decades ahead to be healthy ones for herself, and for the people who depend on her. For her, acting on health early is simply part of planning well for the future.
At Reborne, Alexandra is helping to shape a new standard of personalised, medically led wellbeing ensuring the operational foundations of the hospital match the ambition of its science and the calibre of its care.
