Esra Soylucicek is a science based Nutritional Therapist at Reborne Longevity, specialising in personalised nutrition and lifestyle strategies that support healthy ageing, resilience, and long term wellbeing. Her mission is to guide clients on a journey of intrinsic healing wisdom, helping them reconnect with the body’s innate capacity for balance, vitality, and longevity.
Esra trained at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) in the UK and has completed advanced training with the Institute of Functional Medicine, achieving IFM Certified Practitioner (IFMCP) status. She is a registered member of BANT and the CNHC, and brings additional expertise in nutrigenomics through Lifecode GX, enabling the translation of genetic insights into highly individualised longevity strategies.

Her primary clinical focus is healthy ageing at a cellular level, with particular expertise in gut and mitochondrial health - central drivers of metabolic efficiency, hormonal balance, cardiovascular health, and the ageing process. At Reborne, Esra works integratively alongside the clinic’s functional medicine and optimisation teams and supports Dr Hind in the nutritional care of women navigating peri menopause and menopause.

Using comprehensive functional testing where appropriate, Esra develops personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes designed to optimise cellular energy, reduce inflammation, support hormone health, and promote sustainable long term wellbeing.
Her approach reflects Reborne Longevity’s philosophy of addressing the body, mind, emotions, and spirit as an interconnected system, empowering clients to optimise health, performance, and quality of life.
