Zia Stratos

Nutrition & Functional Medicine

Zia Stratos is an internationally trained medical doctor and a leading expert in integrative and functional medicine. Known for her deeply holistic, patient-centred approach, she brings together the precision of modern science with a profound respect for the body’s innate ability to heal. At our Harley Street clinic, she co-leads the Nutrition and Functional Medicine department alongside longevity specialist Dr Nathan Curran, guiding individuals through personalised care that honours the intricate connections between gut health, hormones, immunity and mental wellbeing.

Zia began her academic journey at Georgetown University, where she studied psychology, laying the foundation for her enduring interest in the mind-body relationship. Following her medical degree and early clinical experiences in U.S. hospitals, she became increasingly aware of the vital role of nutrition and lifestyle in long-term health. This inspired her to complete a master’s degree in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition at University College London, where her research on diet and autoimmunity was published in respected medical journals.

Certified as a WALSH Advanced Nutrient Therapy Practitioner and a UK Registered Associate Nutritionist, Zia offers a systems-based approach to health that addresses root causes rather than symptoms. Her practice integrates advanced diagnostics, nutritional science and lifestyle medicine with a deep focus on the individual’s physical, emotional and environmental context.

In her previous role as Senior Biomedical Practitioner at The Key Clinic, she developed tailored therapeutic programmes for children with complex neurodevelopmental and behavioural conditions, including ADHD, autism, anxiety and OCD. Her broader work includes contributions to global public health through organisations such as the World Health Organisation, UNICEF and The Trussell Trust.

Fluent in six languages - English, French, Greek, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch - Zia connects with an international clientele through empathy, cultural awareness and discretion. As both a clinician and mother, she is particularly devoted to early-life nutrition and its impact on long-term cognitive health, resilience and vitality.

At Reborne Longevity, Zia offers more than medical care; she provides a nurturing partnership in healing. With every patient, she seeks to restore balance, cultivate wellness and support a vibrant life rooted in nourishment.
