Dr. Hisham Said
Advanced Longevity Therapy Expert (EB02 and Therapeutic Plasma Exchange)
Consultant Anaesthetist, Intensive Care Physician
Dr Hisham Said is a consultant anaesthetist and intensive care physician with over 20 years of experience across hospital and private practice. He holds an MBBCh, an MSc in Anaesthesia, Intensive Care and Pain Management, and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists (FRCA) and a Member of the Faculty of Intensive Care Medicine (MFICM). He is also a GMC-recognised trainer and an accredited Medical Examiner (RCPathME).
As an anaesthetist, Dr Said is exceptionally well qualified to deliver advanced blood-based and intravenous therapies. His career has been centred on patient safety, physiology, pharmacology, haemodynamic monitoring, and managing complex medical risk. Anaesthetists are the specialists most experienced in administering IV therapies, monitoring patients in real time, and responding calmly and expertly to any physiological changes. This background offers a high level of reassurance to patients undergoing advanced longevity treatments.
His experience in anaesthesia and critical care has given him a deep understanding of how the body responds to stress, inflammation, impaired oxygen delivery, and illness. This naturally led him into longevity and preventative medicine, with a focus on improving health in the present while reducing future disease risk.
Dr Said has a particular interest in advanced blood-based therapies, including EBO₂ (extracorporeal blood oxygenation and ozonation) and therapeutic plasma exchange (TPE). These therapies are designed to support whole-body health by addressing chronic inflammation, immune imbalance, impaired oxygen utilisation, and toxin burden – key drivers of ageing and long-term disease risk.
Longevity focus areas include:
Reducing chronic inflammation and immune imbalance
Improving oxygen utilisation and cellular function
Supporting detoxification and metabolic health
Enhancing energy, recovery, and long-term resilience
At Reborne Longevity Clinic, Dr Said provides personalised, data-driven care. Every patient receives an individual medical assessment and a tailored longevity plan grounded in safety, prevention, and long-term optimisation.
His approach is calm, meticulous, and patient-centred. His goal is to reassure patients, help them feel better today, and support them to age with strength, clarity, and confidence.
