How the Session Works

You recline on a treatment couch, fitted with the Mitovit clinical breathing mask and pulse oximeters that continuously monitor your blood oxygen saturation in real time. The system then delivers a controlled sequence of hypoxic and hyperoxic air — automatically adjusting at every moment based on your individual physiological response.

Each session cycles between altitude air (9–18% Oâ‚‚, triggering cellular stress signals and mitochondrial renewal) and oxygen-enriched recovery air (30% Oâ‚‚, until your SpOâ‚‚ returns to 99%). This cycle repeats 4–8 times across approximately 40 minutes. HRV is measured throughout, and a full data output is produced at the end of every session.

What to Expect

A Mitovit session requires nothing of you physically. Your first session begins with a gentle automated hypoxia calibration test that determines your individual threshold and personalises the oxygen parameters for all subsequent sessions. After that you simply arrive, recline, and breathe.

 

You may notice a mild awareness of slightly reduced or slightly enriched air — nothing more. Most clients find the experience deeply restful and close their eyes for the duration.
