Sleep
A clearer understanding of your sleep
If you struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep or wake feeling rested, we begin by understanding your sleep properly. Our consultant neurologist, who is also a sleep specialist, leads the programme and reviews your recordings.

What we assess
We record your sleep over several nights in your own bed. A memory and thinking assessment at the beginning and end helps us measure any change.
Where the initial findings call for it, we arrange a more detailed sleep study and medical report.
Your care
Your treatment follows the findings. This may include cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia or breathing equipment for sleep apnoea, fitted and adjusted by the sleep team.
You receive a written plan covering sleep timing and relevant habits, including light exposure, caffeine, evening meals and exercise.
Where care takes place
The programme can be delivered at Reborne, at home or at a partner hotel.
Membership options
The Sleep Programme can be added to any membership. Absolute and Ascent include home assessment of sleep and body-clock timing. A home sleep test also forms part of the men’s health protocol in Prevent and Optimise.
