Targeted Programs
The Sleep Programme
Sleep governs cognition, metabolic control, blood pressure and immune function. It is measurable, and where it is disordered it is treatable.

The programme is led by our consultant neurologist. Sleep is measured across consecutive nights in your own environment, the recordings are read by the clinician who will act on them, and a written plan follows. It is the programme Reborne delivers in its partner houses, to the same clinical standards as everything else here.

Targeted Programs
The Sleep Programme
The consultation
An assessment with the consultant neurologist: history, medication, circadian timing and daytime function.
Measurement at home
Timing, duration and architecture recorded across consecutive nights in your own bed, and read by the consultant.
Neuroimaging
We offer Connectome neuroimaging using the Kernel Flow2 headset. Near-infrared light measures blood oxygenation in the prefrontal cortex during short cognitive tasks, tracking working memory, attention control and cognitive flexibility against your own baseline, alongside sleep and activity data. These research measures complement clinical assessment and are not intended for diagnosis.
The sleep study
In-room polysomnography with a medical report and a follow-up consultation, where the recordings warrant it.
The treatment, and the plan
Cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia, and equipment for apnoea where the study calls for it. Then a written plan: sleep and wake timing, light exposure, caffeine and alcohol, evening nutrition and exercise placement.
What comes with it
Reborne relaxation tea, sleep supplements, a sleep candle and the Good Night pillow spray; a magnesium massage before bed on request.
