The annual baseline, repeated every year
Your complete medical history collected from every clinician, hospital and laboratory you have used, at home and abroad, and resolved into a single record.
A Medical Director review
A consultation and examination with your doctor, then a full review of your history: what was treated, what was never followed up, and what your family history makes likely.
A broad biomarker panel, DEXA, plus physiology and cognitive assessment
Metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, renal, hepatic, haematological and inflammatory markers, including ApoB and Lp(a), so the picture rests on measurement, not recollection.
A written plan
Your findings, your risks and a prioritised plan, saying plainly what needs acting on now and what only needs watching.
Then, the continuing care
Your medical relationship across the year
A named GP, same day or next, and reachable in between.
Clinical triage at any hour, every day of the year, and home visits within the M25.
Hormones
Quarterly cancer surveillance, layering methods that read different biology so their blind spots do not overlap.
Travel medicine
Led by our consultant neurologist. Prevent, Detect or Maintain, according to what we find.
Hospital care
Conception and fertility, sleep and recovery, gut and nutrition, cardiometabolic. Each added to a membership, or included within Absolute.
Referral
Conception and fertility, sleep and recovery, gut and nutrition, cardiometabolic. Each added to a membership, or included within Absolute.
Not included
Genomic sequencing, whole-body MRI, cardiac CT and continuous glucose monitoring. Functional testing, including gut microbiome. Specialist consultation fees beyond referral and coordination, medication and supplements.
