The complete baseline: the genome read once and read properly, the body imaged from head to foot, capacity and cognition measured, the gut and the metabolism examined, and six consultations in which all of it is explained.
Genome and pharmacogenomics
Whole exome sequencing with pharmacogenomics: inherited risk, cancer risk, carrier status, and how you metabolise every medicine you may ever be given.
Imaging, whole body
Whole-body MRI, cardiac CT with coronary calcium score, abdominal aortic screening, and the full ultrasound and site-specific imaging suite.
Capacity, cognition and neurology
VO2 max by cardiopulmonary exercise testing, and a formal cognitive baseline. Neurology biomarkers, with written consent taken beforehand.
Gut, metabolism and biological age
Gut microbiome, digestive function, faecal calprotectin, and colorectal screening. Nutritional and metabolic analysis, fatty acid and omega-3 status, and biological age.
Every year thereafter
Measured on a schedule set by your own biology
Watched by a team that meets about you whether or not anything has happened.
Surveillance
Cancer surveillance every quarter: several tests reading different biology, layered so their blind spots do not overlap, with an oncology review each quarter and the whole team looking at it. A way of looking early, not a guarantee that nothing will be missed.
Practical longevity, arranged and included
Vision, hearing, dental and periodontal, mole mapping, gait and balance, and carotid ultrasound. Longevity is usually sold as scans and bloods. What actually takes independence away is more ordinary.
The team around you
A named senior physician and a dedicated member coordinator. A Reborne-run multidisciplinary team, led by a Chief Medical Officer, the in-house specialists, and the Cleveland Clinic London pathway. Their charges are settled through us, and we oversee the relationship.
Treatment, included rather than quoted
Lipid, metabolic and hormone prescribing, with protocol and supplements included. Elective therapy included to an annual limit: intravenous therapies, hyperbaric oxygen, red light, hypoxia training, and therapeutic plasma exchange where clinically indicated.

Hospital admission and surgery
Admission, surgery and their associated costs sit outside the membership.
Elective therapy beyond the annual limit
Quoted before it is agreed, never after it has been given.
Any therapy given because it is included
