Menopause

Care that follows you through the transition

Perimenopause and menopause can bring changes in sleep, mood, energy and physical health. A named menopause specialist follows your care, reviewing your symptoms and results as your needs change.

What we assess

We consider your symptoms, medical history and hormonal health alongside thyroid function, liver health and bone density. Your clinician selects further assessments where they can help guide your treatment.

Your care

We investigate before prescribing and discuss which treatment may suit you. Your specialist monitors your response and adjusts your care throughout the transition.

Your physician looks after your everyday health. The nutrition team and physiologist support your bones and muscles, with a gynaecologist or endocrinologist involved when needed.

Between visits

Within Prevent and Optimise and Absolute, quarterly blood tests support ongoing review. Your team also coordinates breast and pelvic assessments where clinically indicated.

Membership options

Specialist menopause care is included in Prevent and Optimise and Absolute. In Constant, hormonal health is reviewed and treated as part of everyday primary care.
