Cognitive health
Thinking clearly, for longer
Concerns about memory or concentration deserve time and careful assessment. We look at cognitive health alongside sleep, mood, hearing and cardiovascular health, identifying factors that may be treatable.

What we assess
We begin with a memory and thinking assessment and a review of mood. Depending on your history and membership, further assessments may include sleep recordings, hearing checks, cardiovascular imaging or genetic assessment.
We select tests to inform the next step in your care.
Your care
Our consultant neurologist leads your assessment, with support from the consultant psychiatrist and sleep team where needed.
Brain Health begins with an unhurried assessment, followed by a Prevent, Detect or Manage pathway according to the findings. Your plan may address blood pressure, sleep, hormonal health or hearing.
Between visits
Where appropriate, care may include memory training, hearing support and further sleep assessment. Follow-up helps your team understand what is changing.
Membership options
Memory and mood are reviewed across the memberships. Brain Health can be added to Prevent and Optimise and is included in Absolute.
