Safety Information & Guidance
Ensure the battery is fully charged, then attach it to the magnetic points at the back of the hat until it clicks into place. Press and hold the power button to begin. Once the lights activate, place the hat on your head.
Each session runs for 10 minutes and will end automatically with an audible signal. For initial use, wear daily for 10 minutes over 16 weeks, followed by maintenance sessions three to four times per week.
