Oura Ring 4

Oura Ring 4 is a precision-engineered wearable designed to provide continuous insight into sleep, recovery and daily readiness. Crafted in lightweight, non-allergenic titanium, it offers round-the-clock biometric monitoring in an elegant, discreet form that integrates seamlessly into everyday life.

Inside the ring, advanced sensor technology works continuously to capture meaningful physiological data. Red and infrared LEDs measure blood oxygen levels, while green and infrared LEDs alternate to monitor heart rate, heart rate variability and respiration rate 24 hours a day. A digital temperature sensor tracks nightly temperature trends, and an integrated accelerometer records movement and activity throughout the day. These measurements are interpreted within the Oura App, supporting a deeper understanding of sleep quality, recovery patterns and overall physiological balance.

The Oura App is available on iOS and Android, supports both metric and imperial units and integrates with more than 40 health and fitness applications. It is offered in multiple languages including English, Finnish, Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Norwegian, Swedish, Czech, Dutch and Danish, enabling broad accessibility for international users.

Designed for comfort and durability, the ring measures 7.90 mm in width and 2.88 mm in thickness, with a weight ranging from 3.3 to 5.2 grams depending on size. The seamless titanium interior ensures a smooth fit against the skin. It is water resistant up to 100 metres or 328 feet, making it suitable for everyday wear. Minor surface marks may occur over time as part of normal use.

Battery life typically ranges from five to eight days depending on usage, with a charging time of approximately 20 to 80 minutes depending on the battery level. The ring connects via Bluetooth Low Energy and supports automatic firmware updates through the Oura App. It features an EMF-safe design, supports airplane mode and is FCC-certified.
