For many of us, looking after our health begins with movement. We train consistently, pay attention to nutrition and make time for recovery. These habits can form an important foundation for long-term health. But performance does not stop when you leave the gym.

How you train is only one part of a wider picture. Your physiology, metabolic health, genetics, nutrition, recovery, sleep and lifestyle can all contribute to how you feel, function and perform over time.

It is this shared philosophy that sits behind the partnership between Reborne Longevity and BXR, London’s luxury boxing and performance gym.

As BXR’s trusted longevity partner, Reborne gives members the opportunity to better understand their biology, bringing personalised clinical insight together with BXR’s performance-led approach to training and recovery.

Together, we are looking at performance through a longevity lens, connecting what happens in the gym with a deeper understanding of the individual behind the performance.

Your health. Your performance. Your future. Take control.

TRAINING MEETS LONGEVITY

Established in Marylebone in 2017, BXR has spent nearly a decade creating a performance-led environment in the heart of W1, bringing together boxing, strength and conditioning, specialist coaching, classes and recovery.

Now, BXR and Reborne are bringing together two complementary approaches within the Marylebone health and fitness community: elite training and personalised clinical insight.

As part of its forward-thinking approach to performance, BXR has chosen Reborne as its trusted longevity partner, giving members the opportunity to better understand their biology through clinician-led diagnostics, metabolic health assessment and personalised clinical interpretation.

Alongside its renowned boxing offering, BXR provides strength and conditioning, personal training and a varied programme of classes spanning boxing, VersaClimbing, Pilates, yoga and mobility, supported by dedicated recovery facilities.

Reborne brings another dimension to this approach. By exploring physiology, metabolic health, genetics, nutrition and recovery where clinically appropriate, we can help build a more complete picture of an individual’s health and performance.

Together, Reborne × BXR connects training, recovery and clinical insight, helping members take a more informed approach to how they perform today and how they support their health for the future.

PERFORMANCE THROUGH A LONGEVITY LENS

Two people can follow similar training programmes and respond very differently. Individual physiology matters.

Aerobic fitness, metabolic response, fuel utilisation, recovery and wider health factors can all influence how someone responds to exercise. Understanding more about your biology can therefore provide valuable context, particularly for those already committed to their training.

Performance is not simply what happens during a workout. How the body produces and uses energy, responds to physical demands and recovers afterwards can all contribute to the wider picture.

Looking at these factors alongside appropriate clinical information can help move the conversation beyond performance metrics alone.

BXR brings the training environment. Reborne brings personalised clinical insight.

Together, the partnership offers an opportunity to understand performance more comprehensively, connecting how you train and recover with a deeper understanding of your health.

FROM PERFORMANCE TO PROACTIVE HEALTH

For someone committed to training, progress is often measured through what the body can do: a faster time, a heavier lift, improved endurance or greater consistency.

Longevity encourages us to look deeper.

Healthcare has traditionally been associated with seeking support when something feels wrong. Preventative healthcare considers another question: what can we understand about our health today that may help inform the way we live, train and recover over time?

At Reborne Longevity, this principle sits at the centre of our approach to longevity medicine.

Every person brings a different health history, physiology, lifestyle and set of priorities. Our clinicians therefore take a personalised approach, using appropriate assessment and diagnostics to build a clearer picture of current health.

The purpose is not to predict future health with certainty or pursue perfect numbers. It is to provide meaningful clinical information that can support more informed conversations around health, lifestyle, training and wellbeing.

At our longevity clinic in London, Reborne brings together advanced diagnostics, primary care medicine with a functional perspective and innovative therapeutic technologies within an integrated, personalised care pathway. Each person’s journey is guided by clinical assessment, with recommendations made according to their individual circumstances.

WHAT CAN YOUR PHYSIOLOGY TELL YOU?

Performance can be relatively easy to measure from the outside. You may know how quickly you can run, how much weight you can lift or how consistently you train.

What is happening internally can be more difficult to understand.

At Reborne, clinician-led assessment and appropriate advanced health diagnostics can provide another layer of insight. This may include assessments such as VO₂ max and PNOĒ metabolic testing where appropriate.

VO₂ max testing assesses the body’s ability to take in and use oxygen during exercise, providing insight into aerobic fitness. PNOĒ metabolic testing can provide additional information about areas such as energy expenditure and fuel utilisation.

Importantly, these measurements are not considered in isolation. A result becomes more meaningful when interpreted within the context of an individual’s wider health profile, circumstances and goals.

For someone focused on physical performance, these insights may help inform conversations around training and recovery. For someone thinking more broadly about healthy ageing, they may form one part of a wider understanding of current health.

It is about understanding more of the picture, not simply collecting more data.

EXERCISE, PERFORMANCE AND LONGEVITY

Longevity is energy. Strength. Recovery. Performance.

Investing in longevity means thinking beyond the next workout or training cycle. It means considering the strength, mobility, resilience and health you want to maintain through every decade.

For some, that might mean retaining the strength to lift weights later in life. For others, it could mean continuing to ski, run, travel or simply move with confidence as they age.

Regular physical activity is associated with a wide range of health benefits, including cardiovascular, metabolic and musculoskeletal health. The World Health Organization recommends regular physical activity across adulthood as part of maintaining health and reducing sedentary behaviour.

But exercise does not exist in isolation.

Nutrition, sleep, recovery, metabolic health and individual physiology all contribute to the wider picture. Understanding these factors can help create a more informed approach to both performance and long-term wellbeing.

The goal is not simply to perform now. It is to support the capacity to keep performing, adapting and living well through every decade.

YOUR HEALTH. YOUR PERFORMANCE. YOUR FUTURE.

The Reborne × BXR partnership brings together two established Marylebone names with one connected philosophy: optimise performance while taking a proactive approach to long-term health.

BXR provides the environment to train, develop strength and challenge physical performance. Reborne provides clinician-led insight to help you better understand the biology behind it.

Together, we are connecting training with longevity and performance with personalised health.

For those already committed to fitness, it is an opportunity to look beyond what your body can do today and understand more about what may help support it for the years ahead

.

Your health. Your performance. Your future. Take control.
