THREE Pathways

To longevity

Programmes

Three pathways. One standard of care
Foundation
Base Camp
Bespoke

Every Reborne programme is built on P4 medicine, Predictive, Preventive, Personalised, Participatory. Foundation, Base Camp, and Bespoke apply the same clinical rigour at different depths. The difference is the breadth of diagnostics, the presence of genomic prediction, and the level of ongoing clinical involvement.  Not sure which programme is right for you? Book a first consultation, redeemable against any programme, and your clinician will recommend the right pathway.

FOUNDATION

FOUNDATION PROGRAMME

Establish Your Biological Baseline

Price

£4,500 | 3-Month Programme

Comprehensive base line health assessment based on P4 medicine with advanced biomarkers and biological age testing without genomic prediction.

  • Who It's For

    • Ages 25-40 with low risk family history

    • First-time longevity medicine patients

    • Establishing a comprehensive health baseline

    • Those wanting to experience P4 principles at an accessible entry point

  • Upgrading

    • Yes. We credit 50% of your Foundation investment (£2,250) toward Base Camp if you upgrade within 12 months. You would pay £12,000 for Base Camp as an existing patient.

    • If during the health assessment with your doctor we discover that you have specific acute conditions that require for example a complete cardiac screening including Echo, 24 hour halter monitor etc we can add on a specific module bespoke

  • Is my genetic data safe?

Q: What standards do your genomic laboratories meet?

A: We exclusively partner with laboratories holding CLIA certification (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments), CAP accreditation (College of American Pathologists), or ISO 15189 medical laboratory accreditation. These are the same quality standards required for hospital-based genetic testing—ensuring clinical-grade accuracy and reliability.

Q: How is my genetic privacy protected?

A: Your sample is processed using only a unique patient reference number (e.g., "RB-2025-0847"). The laboratory never receives your name, date of birth, address, or any personal identifiers. Only your designated Reborne care team can link your patient number to your identity. All genomic data is encrypted and stored in secure, UK-based data centers with full GDPR compliance.

Q: Who has access to my genetic data?

A: Only your designated Reborne care team (longevity doctor, nutritionist, and specialists involved in your care) can access your genomic results. We never share your genetic information with insurance companies, employers, pharmaceutical companies, or government agencies. You own your genetic data and control who sees it.

Q: Can I have my genetic data deleted?

A: Yes. You can request deletion of your genomic data at any time. We maintain records only as required by UK medical regulations (typically 8 years for clinical records), but will anonymize or delete upon request where legally permissible.

Q: Do you use my genetic data for research?

A: Never without your explicit, informed consent. If you choose to participate in research studies, we will always ask for separate written permission. Participation is entirely optional and does not affect your care.

  • PRIVATE INSURANCE QUESTIONS

Q: Do you accept private health insurance?
A: We are a private clinic and don't bill insurance companies directly. However, we provide comprehensive, support and documentation to facilitate insurance reimbursement for eligible services. Many of our patients successfully claim through their private health insurance for consultations, diagnostic testing, and specialist assessments.

    How it works:

    1. You pay for services upfront

    2. We provide detailed itemised invoicing with medical codes

    3. You submit the documentation to your insurer for reimbursement

    4. Your insurer reimburses you according to your policy coverage

Q: What documentation do you provide for insurance claims?

A: We provide everything your insurer needs to process your claim:

    • Detailed itemized invoices with medical codes (CPT/ICD-10 where applicable) for every service

    • Specialist consultation letters from your longevity doctor and other specialists

    • Medical reports with clinical findings and interpretations

    • Laboratory test results with medical commentary

    • Clinical justification for tests and assessments performed

    • Treatment recommendations and follow-up care plans

All documentation is prepared to hospital-grade medical standards and includes the medical rationale for investigations, making it straightforward for insurers to assess coverage.

Q: Which services are typically covered by private insurance?
A: Coverage varies significantly by policy, but many insurers reimburse for:

    Usually Covered:

    • ✅ Doctor and specialist consultations

    • ✅ Blood tests and laboratory diagnostics (when medically indicated)

    • ✅ Imaging and scans (ECG, DEXA, ultrasound) with clinical justification

    • ✅ Follow-up consultations for identified abnormalities

    • ✅ Treatment of diagnosed conditions

    Often Not Covered:

    • ❌ Purely preventive/wellness assessments without symptoms

    • ❌ Biological age testing (considered experimental by most insurers)

    • ❌ Genomic testing (though coverage is improving)

    • ❌ Wearable devices (Oura Ring, CGM)

    • ❌ Supplements and nutraceuticals

    • ❌ Programme coordination fees

Important: Even if your policy doesn't cover "preventive health assessments" as a category, individual components (consultations, specific tests) may still be reimbursable. We help you identify what's claimable under your specific plan.

Q: Which insurance companies do your patients use?
A: Our patients successfully claim reimbursement through a wide range of UK and international insurers, including:
    UK Private Medical Insurance:

    • Bupa

    • AXA Health (formerly PPP)

    • Vitality Health

    • Aviva

    • Cigna UK

    • WPA

    • Freedom Health Insurance

    International Insurers:

    • Allianz Care

    • Cigna Global

    • Aetna International

    • Bupa Global

    • April International

    • Now Health International

Corporate Health Plans: We also work with patients using corporate wellness benefits and executive health programmes.

Q: Should I contact my insurer before starting a programme?

A: Yes, we strongly recommend contacting your insurer beforehand to understand your coverage, and we can help you with this task.  Ask them specifically:

    1. "Do you cover preventive health assessments or executive health screenings?"

    2. "What documentation do you require for consultations and diagnostic tests?"

    3. "Do I need pre-authorisation for specialist consultations?"

    4. "Are there annual limits on diagnostic testing or screening?"

    5. "Do you cover genomic testing or advanced biomarker panels?"

    6. "What's the reimbursement rate for out-of-network providers?" (if we're not in their network)

Once you know your policy specifics, we can structure your programme and documentation to maximise your coverage.

  • Q: Can I do this remotely if I'm not in London?

A: Yes, with some requirements. Our programmes can be completed largely remotely, but an initial onsite visit is required for comprehensive diagnostics.

    What Requires an Onsite Visit:

    • Initial diagnostic day (blood draw, VO2 Max, ECG, spirometry, scans, physical assessment)

    • For Base Camp: typically 1-2 days depending on scheduling

    • For Foundation: typically 1 day

    What Can Be Done Remotely:

    ✅ Initial consultation (video)
✅ Results review and protocol delivery (video)
    ✅ Follow-up consultations (video)
    ✅ Quarterly reviews (video)
    ✅ Nutritionist consultations (video)
    ✅ Brain health assessment (video)
✅ Ongoing support and monitoring via Reborne Health App

How It Works for Remote Patients:

    Step 1: Remote Consultation (Video)

    • Initial 60-minute consultation with longevity doctor

    • Review health history, goals, family history

    • Determine which programme is right for you

    • Schedule diagnostic day in London

Step 2: Travel to London for Diagnostics (1-2 Days)

    • Complete all testing in 1-2 intensive days

    • Blood draw, imaging, scans, VO2 Max, physical assessments

    • Genomic testing kit provided (saliva sample you complete at home)

    • Meet face-to-face with your care team

    Step 3: Return Home

    • Wearable devices (Oura Ring, CGM) worn at home

    • Genomic sample mailed to laboratory

    • All data synchronized via Reborne Health App

Step 4: Remote Results Review (Video, 3-4 Weeks Later)

    • Comprehensive 90-minute consultation via video

    • Review all results, genomic findings, protocols

    • Receive detailed 60-80 page report

    • Personalised supplement and lifestyle protocols

    Step 5: Ongoing Remote Support

    • All follow-up consultations via video

    • Quarterly reviews remotely

    • Direct team access via Reborne Health App

    • Continuous monitoring of wearable data

Q: How many days do I need to be in London?
    A:
    Foundation Programme: 1 day

    • All diagnostics can be completed in a single intensive day (approximately 4-6 hours)

    Base Camp Programme: 1-2 days

    • Day 1: Blood draw, VO2 Max, imaging, scans, physical assessments (4-6 hours)

    • Day 2 (optional/scheduled separately): DEXA/Liver scan, additional consultations if needed

We can schedule efficiently to minimise your time away from home.
Many international patients combine their diagnostic visit with a London stay, completing everything in a long weekend.

Q: Can I have my blood drawn locally and send results to you?
A: For optimal accuracy and consistency, we prefer to conduct all diagnostics at our London clinic using our standardized laboratory partners. This ensures:

    • Consistent sample handling and processing

    • Comparable results across time

    • No delays or complications with sample transport

    • Integration with our laboratory information systems

However, for international patients where travel is prohibitive, we can sometimes arrange local phlebotomy with specific requirements:

    • Blood samples must be drawn by a certified medical professional

    • Specific handling and transport protocols must be followed

    • Some specialised tests may not be available through local labs

This is assessed case-by-case, contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Q: What about genomic testing for remote patients?
A: Genomic testing is easy for remote patients:

    • Saliva-based sample collection (no blood draw needed for genetics)

    • Testing kit provided during your London diagnostic visit

    • Complete the sample at home following simple instructions

    • Mail directly to the laboratory using prepaid shipping

    • Results typically available in 6-8 weeks

Genomic testing doesn't require you to be in London beyond collecting the kit.

Q: Can you ship supplements and prescriptions to me if I'm outside London?
    A:
Supplements: Yes, we can arrange UK delivery for supplements. For international patients, supplement availability depends on your country's import regulations. We can:

    • Ship to UK addresses

    • Provide specific supplement recommendations you can source locally

    • Work with international supplement providers that ship to your location

    Prescriptions:
We can only prescribe medications to patients within the UK. If you're based outside the UK, we'll provide treatment recommendations that you can discuss with a local physician in your country.

Q: Do you work with international patients regularly?
A: Yes, approximately 40-50% of our patients are based outside London, including international patients from:

    • Europe (France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain)

    • Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar)

    • Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong)

    • North America (USA, Canada)

We are experienced in coordinating care across time zones and distance. Many international patients fly in for their diagnostic intensive and continue care remotely with excellent results.

    Q: What if I need in-person follow-up but I'm based elsewhere?
A: If in-person follow-up is medically necessary (which is rare), we can:

Option 1: Schedule a follow-up visit when you're next in London
Option 2: Refer you to a specialist in your local area with full coordination
Option 3: Arrange local testing/diagnostics and review results remotely

We maintain partnerships with longevity-focussed practitioners in major cities globally and can facilitate warm handoffs if needed.

  • Q. What happens if you find something concerning during my testing?

A: Your health and safety are our top priority. If we discover any concerning findings, here's our protocol:

    • Immediate Action (Critical Findings): If we identify anything requiring urgent medical attention:

    • You'll be contacted immediately (same day), not waiting for your scheduled results review

    • We'll arrange urgent specialist consultation within our network

    • If you're still in London after your diagnostic day, we can facilitate immediate onsite assessment

    • Clear guidance on next steps and timeline

    Examples of critical findings:

    • Severe anemia or blood abnormalities

    • Dangerous cardiac arrhythmias on ECG

    • Severely abnormal kidney or liver function

    • Signs of acute illness requiring immediate care

For findings that require follow-up but aren't emergencies::

    • It will be  discussed during your scheduled results review consultation

    • Clear explanation of what we found and what it means

    • Recommended next steps (additional testing, specialist referral, monitoring)

    • Timeline and priority level clearly communicated

    Examples:

    • Elevated cardiovascular risk markers (high Lp(a), ApoB)

    • Pre-diabetic glucose or insulin levels

    • Thyroid dysfunction

    • Elevated inflammatory markers

    • Abnormal hormone levels

  • Investment and timeline

Bespoke is priced from £25,000, with the final investment determined by the scope agreed at your initial consultation. Unlike Foundation and Base Camp, there is no fixed price  the programme is built to match the clinical requirement, and the investment reflects that.

All Bespoke programmes run for a minimum of 12 months. This is not a constraint, it reflects the clinical reality that meaningful, sustained health change at this level of complexity takes time to assess, implement, and verify.

A detailed breakdown of your proposed programme and its associated cost is provided before any commitment is made. There is no obligation at the consultation stage.

Not sure whether Bespoke is right for you?
BESPOKE PROGRAMME

Medicine designed entirely around you.

From £25,000 · 12+ months

Fully bespoke, no fixed protocol

Bespoke is not a programme in the conventional sense. There is no fixed protocol, no standard set of tests, no predetermined timeline. Everything, diagnostics, specialists, interventions, pace, and depth, is built from scratch around a single patient's biology, history, and goals.

It is designed for patients whose health cannot be adequately addressed by a fixed programme: those managing complex or multiple existing conditions, those who want continuous specialist oversight rather than a time-limited assessment, and those whose goals require a level of coordination that goes beyond what Foundation or Base Camp can provide.

"If Foundation and Base Camp answer the question 'how do I optimise my health,' Bespoke answers a different one: 'how do I manage mine?'

  • Bespoke is for four types of patient:

    • Complex or multiple existing conditions — cardiovascular disease, metabolic conditions, oncology, autoimmune. Patients who need ongoing specialist management, not a one-time assessment.

    • Patients with multiple concurrent health goals — typically 60+ managing several systems simultaneously: cardiovascular, hormonal, cognitive, metabolic. The complexity warrants full coordination.

    • High-performance individuals requiring continuous management executives or athletes who need monthly oversight, protocol adjustments, and direct specialist access throughout the year.

    • Patients for whom a fixed programme is not the right fit — where the clinical picture at the outset is complex enough that building a bespoke diagnostic and intervention plan from scratch is the right clinical decision.

Bespoke is recommended by your clinician, not self-selected by price. If you are unsure whether Bespoke is right for you, a first consultation will determine the appropriate pathway.

    Our Integrated Approach:
As an integrated hospital, we have onsite capabilities including:

    • Specialist consultations (cardiology, endocrinology, etc.)

    • Advanced imaging and diagnostics

    • Surgical referrals to The Cleveland Clinic and in-house facilities if intervention is needed

    • No waiting lists or referral delays

    • You're never left wondering what to do next.

    • You are never left unsupported.
