EBO2 — Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation & Ozonation

EBO2 removes, oxygenates, and ozonates your blood outside the body — clearing inflammatory debris, inactivating pathogens, and returning it in a biologically cleaner state. Delivered within our CQC-registered hospital under full physician supervision, following thorough clinical assessment.

Why Blood Purification Matters

Why Blood Purification Matters

As we age, inflammatory proteins accumulate, lipid oxidation products increase, and the biological quality of circulating blood deteriorates. This drives endothelial damage, atherosclerosis, hormonal disruption, and impaired immune surveillance.

EBO2 addresses this at the source — physically removing inflammatory debris, enriching the blood with oxygen, and exposing it to the immune-modulating effects of medical-grade ozone.

Medical Therapy

How the Procedure Works

Blood passes through three stages: a high-efficiency membrane filter removes inflammatory proteins and lipid debris; medical-grade ozone inactivates pathogens and modulates immune function; the blood is re-enriched with oxygen before returning to circulation.

The entire blood volume — approximately 5–7 litres — is processed in 90 minutes to 2 hours. The procedure is generally comfortable, with continuous clinical monitoring throughout.

Treatment Experience

What to Expect

Each session lasts 90 minutes to 2 hours in a private clinical treatment room. A standard IV line is placed in each arm — one to draw blood, one to return it. The sensation is similar to a routine IV infusion: a brief sharp moment at placement, then nothing. Most clients read, rest, or listen to audio for the duration.

A mild detoxification response may occur after the first session — transient fatigue or headache, typically resolving within 24 hours. We advise a relaxed day and good hydration afterwards.

Treatment Pathways

Treatment Pathways

EBO2 at Reborne is used across four clinical pathways, each prescribed on individual indication following a thorough consultation and diagnostic review.

  • EBO2 is used within preventative and integrative medicine as a supportive therapy for individuals experiencing chronic inflammation, oxidative stress, or prolonged physiological strain. At Reborne Longevity, it is delivered within a physician-led programme tailored to your clinical profile, biomarkers, and health goals.

  • Some patients explore EBO2 as part of a broader strategy focused on immune resilience, recovery, and systemic wellbeing. By supporting circulation, oxygen delivery, and oxidative balance, EBO2 may help support overall physiological resilience under medical supervision.

  • EBO2 is increasingly being explored within longevity medicine for its potential role in supporting vascular health, circulation, and metabolic function. At Reborne, treatment decisions are guided by comprehensive diagnostics and physician oversight.

  • Longevity medicine aims to address the biological processes associated with ageing, including inflammation, oxidative stress, and metabolic dysfunction. EBO2 may form part of a personalised strategy designed to support long-term health optimisation and resilience.

Is EBO2 Right for Me?

EBO2 is among the most sophisticated blood therapies available in clinical medicine today. Clients who come to Reborne for EBO2 are typically those for whom conventional approaches have reached their limits — or those who are committed to addressing the root biology of ageing and disease before those limits are reached.

Every treatment begins with a physician-led assessment. We confirm the clinical indication, review relevant blood work, and ensure the expected benefit is appropriate for your specific situation. We are transparent about the evidence — what is established, what is emerging — and we agree every treatment plan in full before it proceeds. Delivered within our CQC-registered hospital with physician supervision and anaesthetic support on site throughout.
