A facial planned around your skin’s daily rhythm
Your skin follows a daily rhythm. It does more of its repair work in the evening and overnight.
The Circadian Rhythm Facial is built around that rhythm. It cleanses, hydrates and boosts circulation to help your skin recover from the day.
Your treatment is given by our aesthetic team in a private suite at 9 Queen Anne Street, inside a CQC-registered hospital.

The science
Why timing matters
Skin cells have their own internal clock. In the evening and overnight, skin renews itself faster and takes in skincare more readily.
Travel, poor sleep, stress and late nights under artificial light can upset this rhythm, and skin can then look tired, dull or irritated. This facial clears away the build-up of the day and supports your skin’s overnight recovery.
Aesthetic medicine
How the treatment works
We start with a deep cleanse and gentle exfoliation to clear away pollution, oil and dead skin from the day.
Next we apply antioxidants, peptides and hydrating serums to replenish your skin. We finish with LPG Endermologie, a gentle machine massage that boosts circulation and drainage and helps ease tension in your face.

Afterwards
What to expect
The facial is comfortable and relaxing. The LPG Endermologie part feels like a warm, rhythmic massage. There is no downtime, and your skin will usually look fresher and calmer when you leave.
It suits people whose skin shows the effects of frequent travel, poor sleep or stress, or who find their skin looks tired by the end of the day. Some people choose to have the facial monthly.
Who it suits
Who this facial is for
The Circadian Rhythm Facial suits all skin types and ages. It is particularly helpful for the concerns below.
Tired, dull skin
Poor sleep, irregular hours and stress can leave skin looking dull, uneven and tired. This facial clears the skin and supports its overnight recovery.
Frequent travel
Long flights expose your skin to dry cabin air, strong sun at altitude and changing time zones, which can leave it dry and irritated. The facial was designed partly with frequent travellers in mind.
Sensitive skin
We use calming ingredients and a gentle massage technique, with no harsh scrubs or strong acids. This makes it a good option if your skin has become sensitive from other treatments.
Looking after your skin over time
Disrupted daily rhythms can affect how well your skin repairs itself over time. A regular monthly facial can be part of your wider care at Reborne.
